Holiday Memory guarantees that all ornaments are of excellent
quality and meet specific guidelines before shipping.
Because each item is individually handcrafted some color variances
from the photos will occur.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us
immediately.
Refund Information:

Refunds (minus shipping
charges) or exchange may be made within 30 days of purchase
with prior approval.
Please contact us for "Return Authorization" prior to
returning any items ordered.
Merchandise must be returned in original condition.
Personalized items are not returnable. It is the
customer's responsibility to confirm spelling when an order is
placed.
If a "personalized item" is not correct, and it is
determined to be Holiday
Memory's fault, it will be replaced free of charge.

Prices include ornament &
free personalization.
Shipping & handling charges are additional as specified on our
"shipping
fees" page.
All items will be shipped by UPS or USPS within three weeks of
receipt of payment, depending on what we have available in
stock and the time of year.
Orders paid by personal check will be mailed after the check
clears the bank, this is usually 10 business days.
For orders outside the
continental U.S., actual shipping costs will be added. Please
email us for the amount.
If you provide us with an email address your order will be
personally acknowledged when received and you will also be
notified when your order is shipped.

Money Orders and cashier's checks.
If you pay by check your order will not ship until your check
clears the bank which is usually 10 business days.
If paying via money order or cashier's check, we will ship your order upon receipt
of the money order or cashier's check.
